차량등록 협조 요청(안내)

캠퍼스에 출입하는 교직원, 연구원, 학생 등 모든 구성원의 차량은 대학에 등록하고 교통/주차 하도록 규정되어 있으나, 일부 구성원들의 차량이 등록하지 않아 교통/주차업무 및 비상대비 업무 등 어려움이 있습니다. 따라서 아래와 같이 차량등록을 요청하오니 등록하여 주시기 바라오며, 미등록차량에 대하여서는 외부 차량으로 간주하고 조치 할 예정이오니 불이익을 받는 일이 없으시기 바랍니다.

1. 등록기간 : 2017. 5. 22 ~ 계속

2. 등록대상 : 대학에 상주하고 있는 교직원, 연구원, 학생, 협력업체 등

모든 구성원의 차량

3. 등록방법/절차 : POVIS→ Human Resources→ 인사정보→ 차량출입증 신청

가. 신청 후 차량출입증은 총무안전팀으로 방문 수령

가. Q: 차량을 변경한 후 처분한 차량에 관해서 어떻게 하나요?

A: 변경한 차량에 대해서는 다시 등록하여주시고 처분한 차량에 관해서는 남재현으로 연락주시면 차량데이터상에서 삭제하여 드립니다.(※포비스 개인데이터 상에서는 과거 차량데이터가 잔존함.)

나. Q: 차량여러대를 소유하고 있는 데 신청가능한가요?

A: 네, 신청가능합니다.

Vehicle Registration Required for Parking on Campus

All POSTECH members who wish to operate and park a motor vehicle on campus are required to register their vehicles with the university. Failure to do so interferes with the university's operation of parking, traffic and emergency management. Therefore, we ask all members of the university who haven't registered their vehicles to do so according to the following procedure. Please note that actions will be taken against the vehicles that are not registered with the university. POSTECH is not responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicles parked on university property.

1. Registration Period: March 22, 2017 - until further notice

2. Applicable Vehicles: Vehicles operated by the members of the university (including faculty, staff, researchers, students, and employees of private enterprises stationed on campus)

3. How to Register: Logon to POVIS > Human Resources > HR Information > Request Vehicle Pass

A. After submitting your request online, please pick up your parking permit at General Affairs and Safety.

4. Vehicle Pass Q&A

(1) Q: What should I do for a new vehicle or vehicle in disuse?

A: Please re-register for the new vehicle. For a vehicle in disuse, please contact General Affairs and Safety (Nam jae hyoen; 279-8776) and we will delete your vehicle record from the database.

(2) Q: I own multiple cars. Can I register all my cars?

A: Yes, you can.
